Whether a train buff, a romantic type, or simply in need of an easy jaunt to the country, Baldwin's Station will lure all with the reputation for serving the best in Black Angus beef and freshwater fish. Our "New American Cuisine" includes creations of various seafoods, beef, and specialty wild game designed by Executive Chef Eric Yeager. Mushroom Bisque, Cognac Pheasant Sausage appetizer, and an array of homemade desserts are just a few items the press seems to be fascinated with. Please come as you are, no dress code is required. Owner Stewart Dearie's only requirement is that you come to enjoy yourself.

Special luncheon entrees are offered each day in conjunction with a menu filled with appetizers, such as Eggplant Napoleon and Grilled Chicken Quesadilla, an array of salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Maryland Crabcake Sandwich, Smoked Turkey wrap with sweet marinaded onions, or classic grilled Reuben, to name a few. Just be sure to save room for desert, a full homemade selection is available.

Seated service from 11am - 2pm on Sundays served a-la-carte from the lunch menu plus Executive Chef Eric Yeager's Sunday morning specials including items such as specialized omelettes, steak and eggs, Belgium waffles, french toast, quiche and cajun souffles. Each Sunday new menu specials created by Chef Eric are featured.
